Customer service is alive & well and residing at the Hanoi Moment
hotel. We stayed in the hotel for four nights and were really impressed
by the staff who simply could not do enough to ensure we had a
fantastic stay at the hotel. They succeeded !
The rooms were recently updated and are equipped with laptop, dvd
player & plasma screen, daily complimentary fruit bowl & new
bathroom fittings mean the rooms were certainly comparable with 4 star
European city rooms, of course at a fraction of the price. I would
certainly recommend this hotel to you if you are looking for a calm
resting place from the hustle & noise of Hanoi`s streets.
On leaving the hotel, en route for the airport, we were waved off by
the hotel manager, desk clerk & two bell boys. Which nicely summed
up the whole experience for me.

This is a newly opened hotel and was a great find. We stayed during
their soft opening, and they focus on customer service. Everyone was
exceptional, and did their best to ensure we had a great stay. They did
their research on recommendations for restaurants and also tourist
activities. Staff members also worked hard to ensure we got value for
our money. We enjoyed being spoiled and after a busy day on the town our
hotel room became a nice retreat from the busy city streets.
The rooms are well and tastefully decorated, and the beds are
comfortable with good quality linens. We stayed at the hotel on 3
different occasions during our trip to Vietnam, and all of our rooms
were equipped with laptops and internet access. All of the rooms also
had LCD televisions and DVD players along with all the local television
channels. The hotel is strategically located in old town Hanoi which
made it easy to walk to almost all of the local tourist locations.
We ate breakfast in the restaurant in the mornings and they offer
both traditional Vietnamese breakfast and western breakfast. Both tasted
really good and service in the restaurant was quick with staff members
ensuring we never went away hungry. All the food was fresh and provided a
lot of good and interesting flavors. Our rooms got fresh fruit daily,
and we also got nice turn down snacks in the evenings.
I anticipate that this will quickly become one of the top hotels in Hanoi, so make reservations early.

After a miserable night in a Hanoi hotel, we met new friends on a Ha
long cruise that recommended Hanoi Moments. When we returned to Hanoi we
looked at a room at Hanoi Moments and immediately checked out of our
old hotel. We forfeited a paid night but it was more than worth it.
Hanoi Moments has only been open for 2 weeks. It is very clean and
fresh. Decor is modern and well done. The staff is unbelievably pleasant
and helpful. Included breakfast was great and there were several
options prepared to order. Free WIFI in the room and a laptop in the
room for guest use. The hotel is in the center of the old quarter. We
found several good restaurants in walking distance. Also in walking
distance was the lake and the water puppet theater. They provide a
private car for the 45 minute drive to the airport for the same price we
paid for a cab. We are going back to Hanoi shortly and have a
reservation and a car scheduled to pick us up at the airport. We owe our
Australian friends a thank you for recommending this hotel

The Hanoi Moment gave us very good and deep impression in Vietnam.
New facilities, IBM laptop with high speed internet, modern color, nice
breakfast and etc., together provide customers good experience living in
the very center of Hanoi Old Quarter. Especially, the staff in Hanoi
Moment provide the best service I have met, even above those 4 or 5
stars hotel, saying HI with smile, asking how the experience travelling
in Hanoi, and booking fright or bus or train for customers with good
patience.....I would like to say thank you for Hanoi Mom

We stayed at the Hanoi Moment hotel for three nights at the end of
September after it was recomended to us by Paloma Cruises (Ha Long Bay).
This was a brand new hotel which had only been open for a week when we
arrived. It was by far the nicest hotel that we stayed in during our
time in Vietnam. Michael and all of his staff there were exceptionally
lovely and couldn`t do enough to help. The hotel is well positioned in
the old quarter with the lake only about a 5 minute walk away. Our room
(if not massive) was lovely and clean and as luxurious as any large
chain hotel with a fridge, large wide screen TV and DVD player. It was
also very quiet and a welcome relief from noise of the streets of Hanoi.
The beds were also very comfortable (a relative rarity in Vietnam where
beds tend to be very hard). It was the best sleep I had all holiday.
Generally the hotel incuded lots of lovely touches and attention to
detail. The included breakfast was really nice with many options both
Vietnamese and Western and you could choose more than one option if you
were hungry. We used the airport transfer in the hotel`s private car
which was well worth the $15 for the speed and efficiency of the trip. I
would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers to Hanoi.
